Rung helps an insurance broker work their own OnlySales inbox. It drafts replies in the broker's approved voice, checks every message against tenant safety rules, and sends only within the broker's configured controls.

One purpose, a smaller inbox burden

Rung is not a general browser assistant. It operates only on app.onlysales.io and only for contacts the broker has deliberately allowlisted.

It keeps the broker in control with an on/off switch, visible holds and escalations, editable playbook guidance, and fail-closed message filtering.
